A double appointment, organised by Italian Exhibition Group, which acts as a community catalyst able to represent all the relevant aspects for dolce food service and bakery supply chain professionals. Ingredients and products, innovations in terms of machinery and systems and an ever-greater focus on the sector´s hot topics, from energy savings to furnishings and equipment, from window dressing to packaging, without forgetting essential concepts such as the circularity of materials and integration with digital platforms will all feature in this one-of-a-kind event in Europe.
After the success of 2020, the seventh edition of AB Tech Expo confirms the leading role played by the show for sector operators and its ability to bring together all the voices of the pastry and bakery art, both artisan and industrial, in a complete and varied exhibition with a focus on technology combined with products, ingredients and location formats that complement and integrate the topics addressed.
International in scope, AB Tech Expo involves and represents every supply chain process - from product storage to recipe preparation, from dough-making to processing, leavening, baking, cooling, cutting and final packaging including, of course, all the services that involve the quality of the process - through nine exhibition sectors (Machinery and systems; Raw materials and ingredients; Furnishings and equipment; Display and Packaging; Accessories for Product Presentation; Packaging; Franchisors; Professional Training; Services and Associations).
The fact that AB Tech Expo is held at the same time as SIGEP, makes the event hosted at Rimini Expo Centre unique in Europe. An exhibition that offers the Out of Home professional community the most complete showcase of the sector. An exclusive meeting place in which to communicate with companies and experts and exchange views on the sector´s scenarios as well as an opportunity for business, networking, professional updating and sharing.
