Rimini, 29 May 2023 – The major players of the eating out industry have set their sights on the 2024 edition of Beer&Food Attraction, the Italian Exhibition Group event dedicated to the B2B of the eating out industry. Scheduled from Sunday 18 to Tuesday 20 February at the Rimini Expo Centre in parallel with BBTech expo, the professional trade show for beer and beverage technology and raw materials, the event will run over three days - instead of the usual four – with plenty of networking opportunities, training and industry updates.

IEG renews the format of an unmissable event for eating out operators, characterised by constant evolution and the ability to showcase the best of beer, beverage and food industries. An approach shared with the key players in the sector to concentrate the opportunities aimed at professional operators in a strategic period, in order to create a better overall experience.

Market news and foodservice trends will be at the centre of the ninth edition of Beer&Food Attraction 2024, with an exhibition area welcoming companies and brands of excellence from the brewing universe, from micro-breweries to global brands, and the entire beverage world, from waters to spirits, soft and energy drinks, and the much-awaited return of Mixology Circus, an IEG space with trendy Italian cocktail bars that welcomes international peers. Not forgetting the food, fast and experimental, presented by the Horeca supply chain.

An extraordinary training and updating platform, with insights into market trends, consumption and current issues in the beer industry, and thanks to the patronage of Assobirra, Beer&Food Attraction 2024 will once again be the stage for top-level championships and competitions for the various players in the sector. Some of the most coveted awards include the Unionbirrai ´Beer of the Year´, the Italian Culinary Championships, organised in partnership with FIC - Italian Chefs Federation, and the world championship, Pizza Without Frontiers held by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine.

The 2024 edition will include the anticipated International Horeca Meeting, organised by Italgrob and delivering a pivotal opportunity for the entire beverage supply chain involving main producers and associations to chart a future course on the basis of market trends and scenarios.
