APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW GROUP CFO AND MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS

Rimini, 14 November 2022 – Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), a leading company in Italy in the organisation of international trade fair events and listed on the Euronext Milan, a regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, reports the appointment of Teresa Schiavina as the new Group Chief Financial Officer and strategic manager of IEG with effect starting today.
From 18 November 2022, Ms Schiavina will also be appointed Manager responsible for preparing the company´s financial documents in accordance with and pursuant to art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance; she has already received the relevant favourable opinion from the Board of Auditors in respect of the criteria laid down by the Articles of Association.
Ms Schiavina - who has a degree in economics and is a qualified registered accountant and statutory auditor
- boasts significant experience in administration, finance and control. After having begun her professional career in London and thereafter moved to Brussels, where she worked for the IASB, she then accrued multiple years of experience with EY, where she oversaw a diversified portfolio of customers in the industrial, automotive and service segments. In her previous role, she was Group Accounting, Financial Reporting & Compliance Director for the Datalogic Group. Ms Schiavina´s CV will be published on the Company´s website.

Insofar as the Company is aware and in compliance with the requirements of the Borsa Italiana Instructions to the Stock Market Regulation, note that to date, Ms Schiavina holds no ordinary shares in the Company.
