English translation of Joint Press Release Italian Exhibition Group - Rimini Congressi - Vicenza Holding

Rimini/Vicenza, 16th November 2018 – With a letter sent to the company and shareholder Vicenza Holding, on 15th November 2018 board member Matteo Marzotto formalized his resignation from the position of member of the Board of Directors of Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) with immediate effect. Board member Marzotto had already presented his resignation from the position on 25th September 2018, with effect from the date of the beginning of negotiation of the shares on the stock market, as foreseen by the agreements between Rimini Congressi and Vicenza Holding.

IEG, along with its shareholders Rimini Congressi and Vicenza Holding, acknowledges this decision and thanks Matteo Marzotto for his work.

The process leading to IEG´s stock exchange listing continues and will take place within the foreseen time and however depending on the issue of the necessary authorizations on behalf of the appropriate authorities.
