The History of IEG Academy

IEG Academy stems from the natural evolution of a journey initiated long ago, aimed at integrating, enhancing, and providing a unified identity to the numerous training projects that have contributed to our people's growth over the years. Today, the Academy serves as the key benchmark for the continuous development of internal skills, consolidating experience and knowledge into a structured and coherent offering.

For IEG, training means not only updating knowledge and acquiring new skills, but also feeling engaged, recognized, and motivated. The Academy is where resources and expertise converge, where every learning pathway is designed to support individual growth and reinforce corporate culture, creating lasting value for people and the organization.

A distinctive feature of our Academy is the solid collaboration with other Group entities, such as Prostand Academy, which works in synergy with OB Service. This strategic partnership enables us to enhance training content, focusing on highly vertical specialization pathways demanded by the trade fair and event industry.

The result is the capability to train specialized professionals – such as Riggers and Wood Technologists – ensuring our learners gain cutting-edge technical skills and an educational program that strengthens the sense of belonging to a broad and integrated professional community.

IEG Business School

The IEG Business School is the heart of the Group's managerial and strategic growth.

Through internal Master's programs dedicated to middle managers and high-potential young talent, we foster the development of skills in leadership, innovation, and change management, accompanying our people along pathways of continuous and mindful growth.

At the same time, we offer IEG's expertise to the local region, building connections between business, universities, and centers of excellence. Thanks to partnerships with the University of Bologna, Poliarte, and other private institutes, we contribute to training new generations of professionals by sharing real-world experience and methodologies from the trade fair and major event sector.

The Business School thus becomes a place where education and innovation intersect to generate sustainable, shared value.
